By accessing or purchasing any TraceAdaptive product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use our website, services, or digital products.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All TraceAdaptive content—including but not limited to:

  • OPTICS™, FRA⁴ME™, BRA⁴CE™, TRA⁴CE™, A⁴™, A⁴CE™,

  • TraceIntel Dispatch™,

  • strategic frameworks, diagrams, infographics, worksheets, card systems,

  • digital downloads, guides, templates, videos, images, branding, and written materials

—is the exclusive intellectual property of TraceAdaptive Group and is protected under U.S. and international copyright and trademark law.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

3. Licensing of Digital Products

Unless a separate written license agreement is signed, all digital products are licensed for individual use only.

4. Subscriptions & Recurring Billing

Some TraceAdaptive services, such as TraceIntel Dispatch™, are subscription-based.

By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate payment information

  • Allow recurring billing until you cancel

  • Be responsible for all applicable charges and fees

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account page.
Cancellations apply to future billing cycles and do not provide refunds for previously delivered content.

If payment fails, access may be paused until updated billing information is provided.

5. Digital Goods: Delivery & Access

Digital purchases (e.g., PDFs, templates, frameworks, guides, field manuals) are delivered electronically via:

  • Download link

  • Email

  • Customer account page

Because digital products cannot be “returned,” all digital goods are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. Refunds & Returns

Digital Products

All digital product sales are final due to immediate access to intellectual property.

Subscriptions

Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods.
Cancellations apply to future billing cycles.

Physical Merchandise

If applicable, physical products may be subject to separate return policies, if stated.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Copy, distribute, or share TraceAdaptive content without a license

  • Use materials to train teams, clients, or organizations without permission

  • Remove branding, trademarks, or copyright notices

  • Reverse engineer or recreate TraceAdaptive frameworks

  • Use the website or content for unlawful or harmful purposes

Violation of these restrictions may result in termination of access and legal action.

8. Disclaimers

TraceAdaptive Group does not guarantee results from using its frameworks, strategies, or materials. Outcomes depend on user application, organizational factors, and situational variables.

Our content is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TraceAdaptive Group is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of business, revenue, or data

  • Misuse or misapplication of our materials by the user

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use of our products and services.

10. Modifications to Terms

TraceAdaptive Group may update these Terms at any time.
Updates take effect upon posting.
Continued use of our website or products constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Venue and jurisdiction lie in the courts of Pierce County/WA.
