Refund Policy (Digital Products)

We want you to be confident in your purchase. Because our products are digital downloads, access begins immediately after payment—so refunds are limited, as described below.

1) All sales are generally final

  • Once a download link is issued or a file is accessed, the sale is typically non-refundable.

  • We’ll replace corrupted or inaccessible files at no charge—email support@traceadaptive.com with your order number.

2) Exceptions we honor

We may grant a refund within 7 days of purchase if none of the following occurred:

  • The file has not been downloaded or accessed; and

  • You purchased the wrong item by mistake and contact us immediately; or

  • There is a duplicate charge/order.

For approved refunds, we’ll process the credit to the original payment method. Banks may take 5–10 business days to post the refund.

3) EU/UK “Right of Withdrawal”

If you’re in the EU/UK and purchasing as a consumer:

  • You typically have a 14-day right to withdraw from distance purchases.

  • However, you lose this right once digital content delivery begins with your express consent.

  • At checkout we request your consent to immediate delivery; once the download starts, the withdrawal right no longer applies.

If you do not consent to immediate delivery, wait to download and contact us first.

4) Chargebacks

Please contact us at support@traceadaptive.com before opening a dispute. Unfounded chargebacks may result in account suspension.

5) Delivery issues

  • Didn’t get the email? Check spam/junk. You can also access downloads via your account/order confirmation page.

  • If a link expires, we’ll re-issue reasonable access upon proof of purchase.

6) Non-digital goods / services (if applicable)

If we offer coaching, workshops, or physical goods in the future, those items will carry separate refund/return terms shown on their product pages or confirmations.
