  • Contact forms / support: message content and attachments.

  • Device/usage: IP address, browser type, device IDs, pages viewed, links clicked, and timestamps.

  • Cookies & pixels: to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure traffic, and improve the site.

From third parties

  • Payment processors (e.g., Stripe/PayPal) confirm payment status—we don’t store full card numbers.

  • Analytics/ads partners (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta) provide aggregated insights.

We do not sell personal information.

7) Data retention

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above:

  • Orders/transactions: typically 7 years (tax/accounting).

  • Support emails/forms: up to 24 months after resolution.

  • Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe or your address bounces.

  • Analytics logs: per provider defaults or aggregated/anonymized sooner.

We’ll delete or anonymize data when retention ends.

8) Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data (HTTPS encryption, access controls, least-privilege). No method is 100% secure; please use strong, unique passwords and keep download links private.

9) International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than yours (including the U.S.). Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., SCCs/DPAs with processors).

10) Children

Our site is not directed to children under 13 (or the age required by your jurisdiction). We don’t knowingly collect such data. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us to delete it.
